"Great repair service even when I was not on the schedule"

The service department was great. I had an unexpected problem with My 2013 Dart and had to leave the car on a Saturday night. They called me Monday morning and were not sure when it would make it in but they would try to at least Diagnose it today. They figured out that it was a minor part they had in stock and I picked it up that evening. Thanks for the great turn around.

"Worst Customer experience ever from a car service department"

Let’s start back from 2 years ago. I purchased 2 oil changes for $100.00 when they ran their summer special. I only used on of the oil changes because when I took my car home the oil change sensor wasn’t reset, so I checked the oil and it was black, so needless to say it wasn’t done. So today for the first time in 2 years I had my car back there for some warranty work. Fix the TMPS and radio, and while it was there I asked about the other oil change that I never got. The service advisor I spoke with Tonya, told me ok. So I was assuming it would be all set. So my son went to pick up the car under the impression that oil change was covered, and it wasn’t. Ok not a big deal, so my son called me. Marc told me he wasn’t going to give my son the car unless we paid for the oil change. This being news to me because of a conversation I previously had with Tanya. So I told Marc he should get his facts straight because no one said that we weren’t paying for the oil change. All he had to say there must of been a mis understanding and that wasn’t covered. I would think that would of been the appropriate response, but Marc poor judgment and customer service skills left me feeling like I was doing something dishonest.. Moral of the story, I should went to a different dealership and not have given them a second chance.
