I have been a customer with Arnell Chrysler for over 10 years, I have never considered going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle due to the excellent customer service demonstrated by staff. I have worked with several different salespersons over time and have most recently purchased a new jeep with the assistance of Chris Dill. This experience as well as all other prior purchasing experiences was without any complications. I would like to especially acknowledge Larry Regal Finance Director for his assistance with every purchase I have made at Arnell thus far. I cannot say enough about how Larry helped me through the first purchase back in the 90's when my credit was not at it's best. Larry not only made it possible to help me purchase that first vehicle but became a friend that has been there for me each time I have came back to Arnell to purchase. When I walk in Arnell I feel like I'm going to visit friends and I feel like Larry could be family. Purchasing from Arnell staff takes the tension out of purchasing a new vehicle and that is not something just anyone could say of their dealership. My wife and I were very pleased with our recant experience with Stan and the others at Arnell Motors. We feel as we got the best deal and support in our purchase. There was no apparent damage but when I went by the dealership yo pick up my title paperwork and mentioned the accident to the Service Manager and she had a technician put the car up and checked it out. I wanted a safe, fuel efficient SUV for my daughter to drive to and from school. The Jeep Compass fit the bill perfectly. My sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, when I had a service question, the service person Ron took care of everything. My first oil change was free, and Ron even rotated my tires on the house. I can't say enough good things about Arnell Chrysler and my experience there. I went to three other dealers, and the folks at Arnell treated me the best. One of the bigger dealers I went to had a super low advertised price in the paper on a Compass. But guess what, when I got there it was a stick shift with no Air condition. Not only did I get a great deal, they beat the "Giant" dealer by almost $500. It has only been a few months, but I can already tell their level of committment will be second to none. Michael, my salesman, was great as well as his sales manager Rob. Jen, the lovely young lady that helped with my financing, was more than helpful with my loan situation. I also enjoyed getting a full tour of their facility and meeting the friendly service staff. I have already had my first oil change and I'm not sure which is better, the 42" flatscreen with satellite tv in the waiting area, the wifi, or the fresh coffee, but I will definitely be doing all my service work there. A friend of mine's dealer recently closed so I will tell them about Arnell, they'll thank me for sure! More
