I could not recommend their service dept. more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel ha more highly. I just got a new G70 and for some unknown reason one of the tires was an older tire that didn't match the factory tires and the wheel had some curb rash scrapes. Since it was new and they could not get the previous Michelin model that was on the car, they replaced all four tires as well as had the wheel damage repaired! I was very pleasantly surprised, I give them my highest recommendation. Their staff is very friendly and professional as well. Looking forward to 3 years of top notch service. More

I am honestly extremely disappointed in the service experience here. The lack of communication is astounding. I brought my G70 in to get it repaired under warranty on Friday 02/24, picked up a loaner a experience here. The lack of communication is astounding. I brought my G70 in to get it repaired under warranty on Friday 02/24, picked up a loaner and was told the tech would work on it first thing Monday 02/27 and would be done middle of the week (at the latest), the car wasn’t even brought in to the service bay to be worked on until 03/07, fast forward TWO weeks, and I still do not have my vehicle back. They told me the middle of last week that it needed a part ordered, and instead of it being a steering shaft, it was a strut, they said they had to order it so they did and after a weather delay, it arrived on Monday 03/06. It is now 03/10, and I can promise you that it doesn’t take 4 days to replace a strut. I feel like I keep getting a run around answer when I ask for updates, it seems it’s always an excuse. Frankly, I’m completely fed up. More

Our car was fixed but that is pretty much the only good thing I have to say about my experience. We were told we could get a loaner while our car was being fixed but that never happened, however my sister thing I have to say about my experience. We were told we could get a loaner while our car was being fixed but that never happened, however my sister-in-law who had an issue during the third week our car was there was able to get one for 3 days. The engine rebuild that was done only is warranted for 12,000 miles or 12 months despite this being a recurring issue for hyundai. They said they would detail the car since they never got us a loaner however they need to hire someone before that can be done and they don't know when that will be either. So much run around. I would never consider buying another hyundai again and am looking to sell asap. More
