It just takes way too long to get an appointment. I've waited 2 or 3 weeks to get an oil change. Also, I've been going there for 2 and a half years now, but no one treats me like I'm familiar or a "regula waited 2 or 3 weeks to get an oil change. Also, I've been going there for 2 and a half years now, but no one treats me like I'm familiar or a "regular". I was spoiled, I guess, by the outstanding service department at Acura if Brookfield.
