Great experience I had been looking for a new vehicle for about 6 months. I had done a lot of research and narrowed it down to 3 models. I went to Bournes because their selection was HUGE! I walked around the lot, undisturbed which was nice. Went into the office and was greeted immediately by Mario and a woman at the check in counter. I had my list in hand which was about 6 SUV's I wanted to test drive. Mario was great did not hesitate a second to get all the vehicles I wanted to drive. I didn'tthink I'd be buying a car that day but I found "The One". A gorgeous 2015 Ford Explorer with all the bells and whistles at an AMAZING price. I live in RI so buying a vehicle out of state is a pain but Mario and George (finance manager) helped me through the process and I drove off the lot 2 days later with my new Ford. Mario's customer service is amazing, answering my e-mail's right up to 7pm LOL! I had owned my old suv for 14 years and was a nervous wreck about buying a new car but Mario made the car buying experience easy and relaxing. I would highly recommend Bourne's to everyone. Great service, Great prices and no stress!! More
