Very Happy Customer First I want to start off saying I have a hard time when I am not in complete control of things. Due to this I know I contacted the dealer a few times more than I probably needed but that is my nature. I worked with Blake through the whole sale process. I had spoken with and gone to 3 other dealers before I spoke with Blake and he gave me a lot to think about that I never thought of before. Other dealers saw what I wanted and if they had it tried to sell me without even asking what my plans with the Jeep would be. That was one of the first questions Blake asked and because of that I had some other options I never opened my mind to. He did a great job helping me find what I need vs what I want and the customizing options after I could do to make it my own. After talking with Blake on the phone for about 30 minutes he found a car they had coming in shortly that fit what I wanted. He texted me a picture of the invoice so I knew the features and the cost of everything without me asking for the invoice (something no other dealer I worked with would do before I walked). We talked price a little over the phone and got everything squared away before I came over to finish the final price and put a down payment. I have an interesting credit history which has been problematic for me getting a rate I needed for things to work. There was a lot of me calling and emailing to see how the financing was going they accommodated my situation very well even when talking with a few different people (shout to Phil for dealing with me here). In the end between Blake and Jessica working for me I got a point lower then what I had been pre-approved for when I started looking for my Jeep. Very happy again!! I didn't work personally with Jessica long but could tell she knew what she was doing just by how everything came together. 10 days later my Wrangler Unlimited Willys Wheeler came in and I couldn't be happier. When I went to pick it up Jessica had all the paperwork ready for me to go over and sign. I probably spent around 15-20 minutes with her, quickest and most organized auto finance person I have worked with, Then Blake went over the vehicle answering all the questions I had and made sure to point out a few things I even forgot to ask about! I would definitely recommend Bournival Jeep especially Blake and how he actually works to put you in the right car not just sell you what you came in asking about. Also Jessica made everything such a breeze with financing that the whole experience with her went smoother than I ever thought financing a vehicle could go. More
Helped me out even though I didn't buy a jeep there i purchased a 2015 JKU HR Rubi from a local dealer that didn't go over all the bells and whistles of my new jeep. After making a visit to Bournival I was was greated by a salesman named Steve Tobey. He went over every detail and ? I had on my new jeep. He also helped point out where I installed my soft top wrong and fixed any concerns I had about it and showed me a few pointers. After that he offered to take me on the only one in newengland 4x4 test track that they had in the woods. My son loved it! He showed me how to use sway bar disconect and explained locking differential. Did I mention it was pouring when he went over the soft top with me, he didn't even care that he got soaked, lol If I was to buy another jeep I would def give them a chance. He went over and beyond to help a fellow jeeper out even when he knew there wasn't a sale! Great costumer service. More

I almost got a Jeep Cherokee but wanted on the bells and whistles (leather and sunroof) and the Compass was a better option for my budget. Steve did a cost comparison and recommended the Compass that was super helpful with my decision. I loved how everyone was just as excited for me as I was! I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely recommend Steve and Bournival to my friends and family! More

Jessica made sure I understood everything from a finical stand point, and I knew exactly what I was doing when it came to dotting all the "I's" and crossing all the "T's". I love my new wheels and couldn't have not have asked for better car buying experience. I would recommend checking out Bournival Jeep to anyone who's interested in a new vehicle and I know where I'm going when it's time for a new car! More

Easy! Steve was extremely helpful and did not stop until he found a Jeep that I wanted that could work within budget. There were no attempts to sell me anything other than what I wanted which was great- that is very hard to find. I would highly recommend Bournival Jeep and Steve! More

I had to order my jeep due to my desire for specific options/color combination and Jon showed a great deal of patience throughout the process. The finance manager, Jessica, was also able to get me a great deal on financing, far better than I was able to get on my own. Overall they are a great dealership to work with and I would reccomend them to anyone. More
I can't believe I actually found a dealership I like! I was truly blown away at how every experience, with four different departments, was way above any car dealership experience I had. Maybe this is just a Jeep thing and I've just discovered it but these guys are awesome. Service was unbelievably good. More
