Bozard Ford Lincoln - Service Center

It feels strage bringing non-Ford vehicles to a Ford dealership, but after the service I have received previously from Alek on my Focus, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. He is always friendly dealership, but after the service I have received previously from Alek on my Focus, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. He is always friendly and patient, willing to explain what the car needs, and what my options are. Other service centers have rushed me through, or tried to sell me things I didn't need. I never feel that way when working with Alek. When I leave, I feel well taken care of, and confident in the work that was done. His communication is timely and precise, and he is very knowledgable about every aspect of the process. I drive past another Ford dealership that is 3 miles from my home, in order to bring the cars to Alex 30 miles away. I recommend Alek to all of my friends and family in the area, and will continue to bring my vehicles to him for many years to come. More

My car wouldn't start and I had to call AAA. After several attempts, it finally started. It was recommended to bring the car directly to Bozard which I did. Alex Vecerkovic was very friendly and ext several attempts, it finally started. It was recommended to bring the car directly to Bozard which I did. Alex Vecerkovic was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had to leave car overnight and he helped me the rental car. He followed up with status later that afternoon and said car would be ready next day. I was surprised that it was, in fact, ready by noon the next day. This was not a scheduled service call and I had not been to this dealer before having just moved to the area. I was very impressed how with how professional and friendly Alex was. More

I dealt with Crystal for the most part. This was the best experience I've had at a car service center. She was polite, professional, and made me feel at home.
