Anything that we were not happy about with the used Pilot Kat and Tim, the used car sales manager were willing to correct without hesitation. I never had such a smooth time buying a vehicle. My husband and I went to have the oil changed in our 2005 Honda Accord that we purchased in 2005 at Branfon Honda, while waiting for the oil change to be done we looked at the 2010 models on the lot and was Honda Accord that we purchased in 2005 at Branfon Honda, while waiting for the oil change to be done we looked at the 2010 models on the lot and was approached by Joe Riggsbee if he could be of help to us, he showed us a model that we were interested in, in the color that we wanted. He made the whole process so easy for us, quoted us a bottom line price and talked to the business manager, Matt Goodwin about getting credit approval. We left to think about it and told Joe we would get back to him later in the day. We drove to a nearby dinner and had some lunch and made our decision to buy the car. We called Joe and told him that we would be returning to complete the paperwork and a few hours later we were on our way home with our new car. We both were very impressed by the service we were given and how quick the process was. We were very pleased in 2005 when we purchased our first Honda at Branfon Honda and that is why we returned there and will highly recommend Branfon Honda to others. More

I was recently shopping prices for Honda Accords. I knew the features and model I wanted, since I'm very familiar with Honda and its vehicles. I had been a 10-year Honda loyalist and had always sworn by the the features and model I wanted, since I'm very familiar with Honda and its vehicles. I had been a 10-year Honda loyalist and had always sworn by the quality of their products and service. In addition, I had been servicing my vehicles at Brandfon since they first arrived in Branford and even bought my last Accord from them (pre-owned). I called/emailed Joanne to ask her for a quote for the vehicle I wanted, with the options I desired. First, I got back a generic computerized quote that did not include the options I had asked for. When I asked Joanne for a more accurate quote, I sort of got a run around. We exchanged voice mails and emails a few times. So I gave her a quote I had already gotten from another Honda dealer for the car I wanted. I asked her how close she could come to that quote. From her response, it essentially sounded like she didn't believe the amount of the quote. After that, she basically ignored my emails. In the end, I went with a Nissan Altima that I got for a lower price than my lowest Accord quote. My originaly intention was to stay with Honda. but Nissan sold me on their vehicle and their customer service. This was less than I could say for Brandfon. More
We recently bought a 2010 CRV from Bob Karcich at Brandfon. This is the 6th Honda vehicle we have owned and the first we bought at Brandfon. Bob's quote was the first one to arrive, he was the first to call and the most proactive to get our business without being pushy. We got an excellent price as well as a terrific trade-in offer for our 12 year old Odyssey that the other dealers could not match. Everyone we worked with at Brandfon was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Bob and Brandfon and will absolutely return for our next Honda. More
