I visited this dealership a couple of times and wasn't excited about the customer service. No one was rude but no one was eager to sell a car because I said I was not purchasing a car that day. I still excited about the customer service. No one was rude but no one was eager to sell a car because I said I was not purchasing a car that day. I still had every intention of purchasing a truck within a week. Thankfully when I returned to try to make a deal on my truck the person I was previously dealing with was busy with another customer so I got to deal with Otis Colbert. Otis Colbert from the start, was low pressure but eager to answer questions. The other two employees seemed frustrated or aggravated and did not believe I was in the market for a new vehicle. Otis was able to answer all questions I had due to his great customer service. His low pressure approach really put me at ease. While Otis was very low pressure he also knew all the information I wanted and needed to hear to purchase a truck that night. I usually do not take the time to fill out surveys or questionnaires but I felt it was important to express how much of an asset Otis is to your company and individual dealership. As far as the new vehicle purchase goes I am very happy with it. So far so good! This dealership has a huge inventory and many options for the same vehicle. Overall I would say my first couple dealings with this dealership were ok but the final one was great! More

I have to thank my brother-in-law for introducing me to Bernard. When I spoke to him on the phone he made me feel at ease and assured me there was a vehicle for me. When I arrived Bernard introduced me to Bernard. When I spoke to him on the phone he made me feel at ease and assured me there was a vehicle for me. When I arrived Bernard introduced me to Ricardo who showed me several lines of vehicles in stock. Ricardo took the time to explain the vehicle features and what was best for me. When it was time to negotiate the deal Bernard and Richardo explained the process which made it very palatable:-)! These gentlemen are "exceptional." Please let me not forget the Finance Manager Toni. She was also professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about her job. After buying 5 cars from brandon ford I got a f150 roush that has been trouble from the start you would think after doing business for so long that would mean something not at brandon ford. I paid 58000. for truck that now sets in my driveway every time i drove this thing up a hill it would kick like it did not want to go. after taking this truck back to brandon ford to be fix, it never was the truck finally blow a rod brandon ford would not even look at it so I had it towed to Bill Currie ford. Bill currie ford got ford motor to come take a look at it and they said it was not covered so I'm out 58000 I don't think so now I had to bay my attorney to recover my money. If anyone else has had trouble with roush pick ups let me know the attorney would love to hear from you e mail me at potbelliesrest@yahoo.com The worst thing about this is brandon does not care at all I don't care what it cost I will not be treaded so bad from a car lot and just wake away. I am more then willing to wake in front of this car lot with others. I gave brandon a chance to fix this lemon my paper works shows this. on this reviews it says if someone writing a review works for a car they can black list that car lot I think we should black list brandon ford More
There was no pressure. James Johnson was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with our questions. He followed thru on all our questions and requests.
