Michael was with another client; so Buying a car is a very stressful time for most people. We had an appointment at Brandon Honda with Michael Cobb. Michael was with another client; sooooo we were introduced to Priscilla Prates. Priscilla made us feel so comfortable with her sociable personality, knowledge and down to earth friendliness. We felt like we had found our long lost cousin. Michael kept coming back to make sure we were taken care of. Priscilla was soooo helpful in getting us the payment that fit our budget and she was very successful. Promises kept I completed an online application a couple weeks ago not really knowing what to expect. I was contacted by Ron Wright who was both very professional a I completed an online application a couple weeks ago not really knowing what to expect. I was contacted by Ron Wright who was both very professional and personable when answering my questions and giving me the details about the process. I wasn't 100% sure I was ready to buy a car, but I scheduled an appt, only to cancel it 2 days later. Ron followed up with me yesterday asking what he could do to reschedule the appt. Telling me he will do whatever it takes to get me the car that I wanted. He wasn't the usual pushy salesman & made me comfortable enough to come to the dealership. After 3 hours of talking, crunching numbers, and deciding of the best car for me, I was driving away in my new car with a huge smile on my face. He really made this a pleasant experience and I couldn't be happier. His years of knowledge and and expertise really came thru during the sale. And he provided excellent customer service to me and my situation. I will highly recommend him and Brandon Honda to anyone is search of buying a car. Dishonest I called Brandon Honda for an estimate for Tune Up and oil change on my 2009 Honda Accord V6 they quoted me $2300.00 for what Kuhn Honda quoted me for I called Brandon Honda for an estimate for Tune Up and oil change on my 2009 Honda Accord V6 they quoted me $2300.00 for what Kuhn Honda quoted me for $1300.00. Brandon Honda said they would match. I took the day off brought my car in only to be told it will be an additional $200.00 for the oil change and fluid changes, seriously you told me that was included and the only response was sorry she quoted you wrong even though the Sales rep just told me 5 min prior he told her what to quote. I then agreed but not happy. I finally get home from their shuttle service two hours later and get a call saying my water pump is leaking and needs replaced. REALLY!!! and guess what another $200.00. I have been lied to by Brandon Honda on prior visit when my AC stopped blowing hot air they said they cannot cover it under warranty because a rock flew up and put a hole in the condenser or compressor cannot remember which. I paid $800.00 then 2 months later my AC out again they said sorry but it's a rock again. I would not accept that and through escalating and calling them out they said they will do me a "favor" and waive it. Bottom line I do not trust them and I will only give Kuhn Honda my business. I just feel bad for the people that continue to get robbed because everyone there except the shuttle drivers are Commissioned. More
