advisor (Jen) very helpful with repair issue ac quit working on 07 crv- (known issue). after checking-found that compressor/clutch was shot. Repair cost would have run $1192.00. Michael is a scam artist Inquired about a 2016 Honda Civic EX and Michael Dichiara of course tried to get me into the showroom model. This didn't bother me - as I understand, Inquired about a 2016 Honda Civic EX and Michael Dichiara of course tried to get me into the showroom model. This didn't bother me - as I understand, he's a salesman. What did, however, bother me was he & I going back and forth about rate, me coming back 2 weeks later to take the deal at the rate we last discussed & agreed to, me doing all of the paperwork, trading in my vehicle, leaving with the new car, him saying that the rate was approved & that I'd get a call from the finance team in a couple of days with that rate, me getting a call ANOTHER two weeks later from the financial adviser quoting me a rate ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS HIGHER then the amount Michael and I had discussed. The finance guy isn't to blame as he looked at me as if he had disclosed this rate to Michael the day I had signed for the car. Although Michael begged me (and everyone else who left a 5-star review) to leave him a 5-star review in exchange for a tank a gas, I decided I rather be honest because Michael, what's another $25? Love Honda, however, I don't appreciate Michael Dichiara's deceit. More
