Took off of work for an appt at 11 am and it didn’t get taken back until after 4, probably be a used I called, so they didn’t finish the diagnostics that they said would only take an hour or so. I had to w taken back until after 4, probably be a used I called, so they didn’t finish the diagnostics that they said would only take an hour or so. I had to wait around town all day for nothing and waste a day off. Called for multiple follow up and didn’t get a response or update back. Either bad follow up and/or understaffed. It was a total $ show. Not sure if I believe the diagnostic results. I’m going to research the problem myself and if it’s not what they said I’m going to expect a refund on the service. More
