"Fustrating-didn't solve the problem. "

I purchased a Buick Encore on Dec. 2nd. From a different dealer. On Christmas Eve I was driving in the snow storm to Indiana when the windshield fluid wouldn't come out-it was dangerous! Took to Bredeman told fluid line froze. Was cleared out but the next day it froze again. I left a vm for Mike and he never called me back. Went in today, Mike was there but didnt help. Alex, told me the lines probably froze, due to the weather. Turns out they drained it last time and put in dealer recommended fluid that freezes easily. They blame the cold weather but are ok with putting fluid that is likely to freeze. Go figure! Maybe I would have been treated differently if I had bought the car at Breiderman? Highly disappointed! I live in the area and won't recommend Brederman.

We appreciate your concerns regarding the frozen windshield washer fluid lines. Unfortunately the record breaking cold spell over the holidays adversely affected many drivers in different ways. We assure you that our service department uses a high quality windshield washer solvent, but the sub-zero temperatures can freeze any snow and moisture that sits on the lower portion of the windshield, which in turn can affect the performance of the washers, especially when a vehicle is left outside for any extended period of time. All our service customers, regardless as to whether or not they purchased their vehicle from us, are important to us. Thank you, Katie Bredemann

"Oil Change Vehicle Non-Requested Abuse By An Employee"

- DISENCHANTMENT

Tony Dichiarinte sold us a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 12/29/15, He was great! He gets 10 stars! We purchased the Car Care Service Plan, which includes 7 complimentary "Lube, Oil And Filter Change,Tire Rotation Plus Multi-Point Inspection." We have used 5 of these service coupons; the most recent on Tuesday 10/17/2017. Upon purchase of the aforementioned service plan; we were informed that a complimentary car washwould be included, after each service visit The 1-st car wash was never done until Tuesday 10/17/2017. (not really understandable, but not the direct issue). Upon my wife receiving our vehicle back ; she discovered the following negative issues: 1. SPEEDOMETER WAS RESET FROM MPH TO KM/H; INEXCUSABLE BUT EASILY RE-ADJUSTED. 2. DRIVER'S SEAT WAS TOTALLY RESET; INEXCUSABLE BUT EASILY RE-ADJUSTED. 3. SIRRIUS RADIO WAS TURNED ON; WHICH VEHICLE DOESN'T HAVE OR IS USED OR WANTED. THAT'S JUST THE PRE-AMBLE TO THE "IRREPAIRABLE DAMAGES" DONE TO OUR VEHICLE; WHILE IT WAS IN THE BREDEMANN CHEVROLET SERVICE DEPARTMENT'S CARE FOR APPROXIMATELY 90 MINUTES. 1. 1-ST TRIP ODOMETER WAS RESET TO 0/ZERO !!! WHY & BY WHOM ?? STILL TO BE DETERMINED (WHOM WAS THE THOUGHTLESS CARELESS IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE) ??? 2, 2-ND TRIP ODOMETER WAS RESET TO 0/ZERO !!! WHY & BY WHOM ?? STILL TO BE DETERMINED (WHOM WAS THE THOUGHTLESS CARELESS IRRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEE) 3. THE ENGINE HOURS CLOCK TIMER WAS RESET TO 0/ZERO !!! ??? WWWHHHYYY ???? WE'RE STILL LOOKING FOR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC MEMORY ABUSES THAT MAY HAVE BEEN OR WERE DONE TO OUR VEHICLE ON THE 1-ST OF 5 OIL CHANGES THAT OUR VEHICLE GOT TO GO THROUGH THE BREDEMANN CHEVROLET CAR WASH; BY AN EMPLOYYEE THAT OBVIOUSLY DIDN'T AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS' VEHICLES & THE BREDEMANN FAMILY OF DEALERSHIPS' REPUTATIONS !!!!! 3 hours after these electronic abuses were done to our vehicle; I spoke in person with Dave Futchko & Mike Dellas to investigate as to why these unnecessary, unordered, & non-requested electronic abuses were done to our vehicle, They didn't have any valid reasons or explanations. EMPTY APOLOGIES WERE GIVEN TO ME. THEY DIDN'T BRING BACK THE IGNORANTLY & UNNESSARILY REMOVED DATA FROM OUR VEHICLE'S COMPUTERS.

"Efficient Customer Service"

Mike Parrillo assisted me very efficiently twice in the month of May, 2017. He was helpful in providing good advice on purchasing new tires. When I left the service department on my first visit, I discovered that my left rear turn signal light had just burned out. I promptly returned to the service department and talked to Mike about my problem. He immediately took the car to the service area and had one of his men replace the signal light for which I was indeed grateful. I was surprised there was no charge for this prompt service.

"Ignition Switch Recall"

I had received a recall notice for the need to repair a defective ignition switch on my 2006 Monte Carlo LTZ. After calling another local dealership that told me they could not take the car the same day I called, I called Bredemann Chevrolet and spoke with Mike in service. I called him at 9:15. I told him what was needed and that I had to have it done right away. I also told him that I would not be able to bring the car in until about 1:00 and he told me no problem, just to ask for him when I get there and he will take care of it. I got there at 1:15. I met Mike and he told me it would take one to one and one half hours. I came back about 50 minutes later and Mike was just calling my cell phone to tell me it was done. This was a no charge, yet they washed and dried the car down. Both Mike and the other staff were extremely polite and it was a truly great experience and one so good I will buy my next new car from them.
