Many dealership salesmen around town ignored my request to look at late model pre-owned vehicles, rather they jumped right in and tried to sell a new one instead. Many had very little inventory, and one never even acknowledged me after spending 30 min walking around looking inside and out. At Bredemann Ford, I felt comfortable with Paul Iptian, the salesman who took me on 2 test drives, answered tons of questions, never rushed me, offered me coffee, and accommodated my every request. The others at the dealership seem kind, as well. It's clean, tidy, organized and has a relaxed feel. The actual purchase process was smooth and I feel great about my purchase of my Ford Escape! More

Their finance person who closes told us another conflicting piece of information that was important to the purchase decision. Turns out it was not correct, thank goodness.. Aside from that, they try hard to be accommodating. This was a frustrating purchase, tho a great car. (We hope!) More
