Quick and painless I had an appointment for scheduled maintenance, I was a little early, but they were able to take me in anyway. I didn't wait for my car as I had other appointments, but they called and let me know it was done and within the timeframe they said it would be done. I picked up my car and was out of there in 5 minutes. Quick and painless. I would love it though if they offered car washes or a vacuum. That would put the service over the top for me. Edited: I just wanted to add that I live quite close (within 5 miles) to another Toyota dealership, but I prefer to drive 35 miles further away to go to Brent Brown. They really are the best. More

They were courteous in letting me see everything I wanted to look at and did their best in helping me get what I wanted, yet, honest about what it would do to my credit, etc. They gave me several options of what I could do, but weren't pushy to make me commit to anything, like the last salesman I worker with who was very dishonest, conceited and determined to get me a new car no matter the cost. When I could see he was taking advantage of me and I called a friend to get their opinion, he got so mad and was almost yelling at me. After promising me great discounts and low intrest rates, I ended up being charged higher intrest rates, and he charged me so much, that now, after paying on the car for a year, I still owe more than the car was worth when it was new...
