Mike was great! Mike helped me this time and he was awesome, knew what was going on and was very straightforward with everything, which is very important to me. He also made sure to look into all the little things I mentioned instead of brushing them off like other mechanics have - and because of that they finally found out why the low pressure light kept coming on: there was a nail in my tire! when the warranty didn't quite cover the cost of a replacement tire Mike called and got them to lower the price - for the free replacement AND for the extra I bought so that the treads would match. Apparently you shouldn't just get one new tire. Who knew? Anyway, I was very happy with the service, I felt like I was being helped by a friend who had my best interests at heart, which made me plenty fine with paying for the service because there were no hidden charges or issues. So why only 4 stars? Because checking out takes FOREVER!!!! You seriously have to plan on waiting for at least 30 minutes while they enter stuff in the computer, but if that is your expectation and you plan for it then it's not that bad - you can even go inside and get free popcorn or hot chocolate while you wait. More
