This is the experience I had with Brian Harris BMW. I dealt with Neil Coll and Zeb Mayhew. Though I was a remote customer over 500 miles away requesting a quote for a vehicle on their lot, they wer I dealt with Neil Coll and Zeb Mayhew. Though I was a remote customer over 500 miles away requesting a quote for a vehicle on their lot, they were very prompt about providing OTD pricing and shipping charges and was the lowest offer for the vehicle we were looking for. Though initially it was tough due to my busy work schedule, they were very good at following up about paperwork. It seems like they have dealt with out-of-state military buyers before. Though due to circumstances we were not able to purchase the car, because of their promptness in responding and upfront/straight-up pricing, we will definitely consider them for our next Ultimate driving machine soon. I was blown away by how amazing the Brian Harris staff are, especially Brennan and Tammy in the service department. They fit me in for a routine service appointment that was made online but didn't registe are, especially Brennan and Tammy in the service department. There were issues with my warranty that Brennan solved inhouse without requiring me to go through the red tape at the cooperate office. Being a front-line worker, they were flexible with my schedule and made sure I felt valued. The simple acts of kindness meant a lot to me. Brennan and Tammy are great, accommodating and very kind.
