Our most recent experience lead us to purchased a fully loaded Honda CRV EXL along with an extended warranty and the Teflon treatment. Darrell Herbert, Sales Consultant at Brilliance Honda, is an exemplary representative of the Honda company, its products and services. Darrell was friendly, informative and knowledgeable of the Honda vehicles we were interested in and all the equipment and features Honda had to offer. After the purchase, Darrell spent a significant amount of additional time demonstrating the CRV EXL's features such as the navigation system.. The Honda company produces vehicles that sell themselves. It is without hesitation, given the market competition, the Darrell was the reason why we decided to purchase the Honda CRV. Darrell followed up the day after our purchase to make sure we were satisfied with our experience and our decision. In this day and age, customer service is at a minimum. Darrell's ability to make our vehicle buying experience a pleasure was the deciding factor. I had a great experience leasing my new Honda from Brilliance. The salesman John Owen came outside to greet us before we even parked. He is a total professional with years of experience. I don't say this lightly though the experience I had at Brilliance Honda was as close to ideal as realistically possible. I was extremely pleased to say that in hindsight that they actually exceeded them! They even let me pay the net after trade-in with credit card to maximize the points. That's very rare as most dealerships only allow up to $3000 And they also give a very creative and really cool "gift" once you actually buy the car :) I highly recommend Brilliance Honda to any potential car buyer as it really is a no-brainer to shop here. Even if you live in the Schaumburg/NW suburbs it is definitely worthwhile to make the longer trip to Crystal Lake and visit Brilliance. More

I was not expecting to get a new vehicle. I brought my 2005 Pilot in for service and was faced with the reality that the cost of repair was beyond what I was expecting to pay. Brilliance Honda offered me 2005 Pilot in for service and was faced with the reality that the cost of repair was beyond what I was expecting to pay. Brilliance Honda offered me a more than fair trade-in value for my car and they were happy to help me get into a certified pre-owned 2011 Pilot. The service, sales and finance departments are all extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. This is the third car we've bought from Max, and he was beyond helpful, courteous and patient while we previewed several different cars and asked many, many questions. We would absolutely recommend Max and Brilliance Honda to anyone in the market for a Honda vehicle!! The prices are fair, the service is excellent and the experience was far more pleasurable than one would expect when buying a new vehicle. More

I shopped around and found Brilliance Honda of Crystal Lake to be the most competitive and humanistic to deal from start to finish. I contacted Bob Daniel via their website. He was prompt, professional and very likable when we spoke on the phone. His no pressure, way of actually listening to me and what I wanted caused me to pursue Brilliance. Upon my arrival I was cordially greeted by Bob and introduced to Darrell my salesman. I felt very comfortable with both gentlemen and while the building looked dated (they are building a new one just down the road I later learned) the feeling I received from the employees and Kevin the owner made me want to write this review. In a time where we are all made to feel "like another number" or "just another customer" I was treated with respect and importance. Never once did I feel pressured to buy with "leave today and the deal won't be here tomorrow" type tactics. I was given all the time I needed to think the deal over. Others I met including their Service Mgr., Director of Finance and Ken who I believe is their Sales Mgr. were equally as wonderful to deal with over the two days I came and went. They gave me an extremely competitive deal and made me feel truly important even after I signed the paperwork. I was about to drive off the lot with my new car and Darrell ran out to the parking lot and stopped me. I had left 12 cents in my change cup (not visible) and a key chain with a garage remote and spare key safely tucked away in a compartment. All were handed to me with a smile…. I have found sales people like this are few and far between these days let alone in the auto industry. Honest, smart, hardworking men and women all under one dealership's roof, it is a testament to Kevin Keefe and the people that followed him six years ago when he purchased this dealership. Oh, I neglected to mention, they have female salespeople as well as Spanish speaking. Impressive! More
