"Very Good Service!!!!"

The manager Michael and his associates of this dealer/service station are wonderful! My husband and I own a 03 Diamante VRX which had major issues. Key word, had. (the engine light wouldn't go out no matter what was done at other service stations to correct the problem) it was almost to the point of non-repair. Parts found the problem and now our car is running better then it has in years. My husband wasn't able to get our inspection done prior to, Michael took care of that for us upon our return. The staff including Rose the receptionist, a sales rep (didn't get his name, sorry about that. He is wonderful) at this particular service station are very professional, polite and you will surely leave as a satisfied customer. Sincerely The Jordan's

"Worst dealer in the world (literally"

Extremely poor service from both sales and service very unprofessional they treat the paying customers very poorly and the employees even worse all the managers are crooks and are racist. Please everyone watch out for yourselves they are out to rob you

"Fast service"

Went to this dealership twice to service 2 recalls for my Outlander. Everything were good. The only this is that they did not give me any paperwork when I dropped off my car even when I asked for it. I also did not receive any paperwork when I picked up my car. I have no record on what the actual service they did for may car.

its like triple price compere to any mechanical shop . next time I will do maintenance at local shop . service was performed fast , but still , I not going to a dealership for maintenance again .

Gentleman greeted me at entrance of center and took care of me quickly. Explained the process and how long it would take. Showed me to waiting area to relax. Got to see a couple cars especially lancer Evo totally dig the car. Courtesy and concise.

"Not Great"

This is not a good service center, they don't really seem to care about their customers. Every time you come in for an appointment expect to sit down and explain why you are there, because anything you told them on the phone is useless (I'd like to make an appointment for a recall and an oil change) - When you show up, "So what do you need today". They rush all the service, they don't wash your car, and leave your trunk a mess if they need access to it. To top it all off, the last time I went they forgot to replace the wiper blades after I paid for them. I don't even know if they do good work because they treat the customer so poorly I have no faith in them. I only go here because it's convenient and they always have available appointments

"Great Speedy Service"

Friendly staff and prompt service! This is not your everyday client service experience and it shows in the culture (at Brooklyn Mitsubishi's service center). Nice work Brooklyn Mitsubishi!
