"Service was good, job done on my vehicle was poor.i"

I been back 3 times for the same issue. I don't think the mechanics is qualified to fix the car or they cutting corners to fix the problem.til this day the engine light is still on. the electrical system is not right. They had my car 14 days each time.

"Giselle helped solve my emergency car crisis!!"

I was completely satisfied with my services. Giselle was so great with answering all of my questions and scheduling an emergency appointment making sure things were seamless from the time I dropped my car off to pick up when it was finished. Giselle was very attentive to what I needed and she set my mind at ease. All the staff are very courteous and friendly. They took great care of my car and made a complete assessment for what my car needed specifically and the prices are resonable. Would definitely recommend going here.

"Need to do another service after their "service""

I had service done to my Lancer Evolution MR, and instantly regretted it. Right after service was done, in paperwork I found that they used 0w20 oil type. They clearly don't know what the difference between regular Lancer and Evolution is. Because Evolution is a performance, turbo-charged car, it needs different type of oil - 5W30 fully synthetic. It says it in the service manual, Mitsubishi website and it says on the hood and the cap of the engine. Still they filled it in with 0W20 for regular Lancers. After my question why they did it I was told that 0W20 is "based on the performance oil," whatever that means... I was offered by Mike to come back with the car, so he can check what I actually have in my car, because in his words "most of the time my parts department bill the wrong oil on the bill." But I rejected such offer simply because oil just needs to be replaced ASAP and getting checked what oil is in the car, going to the service and stay in line is very time consuming process, especially when you only have Saturday to do this. So after this "service" I have to do another service, to get rid of that 0W20 oil and fill in with the right type that my car needs. Maybe, if you don't care what someone puts into your car and then you be wondering why engine broke, then this service is for you, or you have a car on lease and you just don't care. It seems like they just want to sell you their service packages and call it a day. Staff is ok, but technical service is really poor. Lesson learned.
