I had been searching for a vehicle for the past 3 weeks and this weekend was it for me! Eddie Aviles one of the Sales Associates, was patient and willing to make sure that I was happy with whatever choice I made. Continued looking on the lot and there was my answer, a 2004 Toyota Highlander Limited. It was everything I silently wished for and so much more. Eddie made this experience a definite success. He was straight forward and to the point, which is not very common these days. I have purchased vehicles in the past from all types of dealers, all way up to Mercedes Benz from Ray Catena of Union, NJ. We saw that they had a certified pre-owned 2011 Honda Accord on the lot. The car was ready to be picked up on the date and time agreed to and was cleaned up and detailed nicely. As far as I am concerned, I walked away with just that. Travis Ketchen was my sales person and he was fabulous! He spent hours with me and my sister and we ended up test driving about five vehicles. No other dealership provided me with the same high-quality service (and I went to A LOT of dealerships)! He was professional, honest, funny, and very friendly. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process and would do it all over again because it was such a pleasant experience. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Ford Focus for a reasonable price and could not be happier with the vehicle. Definitely consider at least stopping by Phillipsburg-Easton Hyundai when on the hunt for your next car.
