My son advised me to look at getting a Kia when my original vehicles totaled. He called the salesman that sold them his Kia and told me that he'd take care of me which he did. I truly appreciate Bil original vehicles totaled. He called the salesman that sold them his Kia and told me that he'd take care of me which he did. I truly appreciate Bill Bickerstaff because his level of service was truly wonderful. He didn't push or try to talk me into something I didn't want. He listened to me and made sure I drove away in the vehicle that I wanted at a great price. Thank you Bill. I also want to thank Steve Parr for also working with us. He, just like Bill was so professional and patient with me. Having to buy another vehicle after someone totals yours is a very stressful time so I appreciate both gentlemen for taking care of this part of my stress. I truly appreciate you both. More
