Christine Stauffer is the Best Sales Rep. at Gary's Lee's! Christine Stauffer was the only sales rep. that we dealt with & from the time I initially walked into Gary's Lee's Kia, I had a great feeling about th Christine Stauffer was the only sales rep. that we dealt with & from the time I initially walked into Gary's Lee's Kia, I had a great feeling about the dealership. Christine is very professional, well mannered, and knows the automotive business inside & out! Most importantly, Christine will do almost anything to make a car sale happen & she's a real pleasure to work with!!!! We bought a 2016 Nissan Versa Note & we couldn't be more pleased. We also got a fabulous trade-in value! As an added bonus, the purchase included free oil & filter for the 1st year & annual inspections & emissions for the life of the Nissan Versa. Bait and switch Called in the evening and spoke to Derek in sales. Told him what my daughter was looking for, and what her price range was. We were very clear that s Called in the evening and spoke to Derek in sales. Told him what my daughter was looking for, and what her price range was. We were very clear that she was looking for a Kia Rio 5 or something similar. We made an appt for the next morning with Derek. Next morning, arrived at the dealership at 9AM and started looking around the used car lot. Couldn't spot any Rio5's. My phone then rang and it was derek. He asked me to come inside and check in and we could get started. Got to the receptionist and she introduced me to Josh. I told him that I had an appointment with Derek and he told me he was unavailable. I told him that he just called me and.told me to come in. After pressing Josh for a little, he let us know that Derek only answered calls and set up appointments. So, I wasted an entire 1/2 hour on the phone explaining my daughters situation. We then proceeded to talk about vehicles and I told him we wanted to see the Rio5 that I discussed with Derek. As luck would have it, there were none on the lot for sale. We then proceeded to look at other vehicles that were not Kia and we're not in.my daughters price range. As tensions increased, we finally got a visit from the finance bully who explained that there were no cars on the lot that could be done in my daughters price range and that she would have to settle for something else. We declined and explained that if Derek had just told us there was nothing there, we would not have come out and wasted 2 hours looking at cars. I then asked to speak to Derek to address my displeasure with his tactics to get me in the door. I was told that he worked at the offices on Butler street. We drove to Butler street to try and meet with Derek, but not surprisingly we were unable to contact him and forwarded to another rep that said he was unavailable. Be careful if you call to check availability, they will tell you anything to get you there and then try to sell you something else. More
