Unbelievable & amazing!!! Simply Fantastic Not having purchased a new vehicle in about 16 years, we were very apprehensive upon arriving at the dealership. Christine Stauffer made that anxiety Not having purchased a new vehicle in about 16 years, we were very apprehensive upon arriving at the dealership. Christine Stauffer made that anxiety of purchasing a new car disappear almost immediately. She was very knowledgeable about the products she dealt with, listened attentively to what our needs and goals for an automobile were, never tried to push something on in we didn't need, and worked to help us to fulfill those goals. I would highly recommend Brown Daub Kia, and especially Christine, to anyone in the market for a vehicle, new or used. More

Pleasantly surprised! We had a terrific buying experience at Brown Daub Kia. From their intense radio commercials I expected a high pressure sales environment. Josh was very helpful and informative without pressuring us to buy. Once we made the decision to purchase our new 2017 Niro, Josh and the rest of the team continued to provide excellent service. 2nd time unsatisfied with Service of vehicle My 2014 Kia Rio was serviced numerous times by this dealer, as I had a few complimentary oil changes. The first issue - with one of the oil changes, My 2014 Kia Rio was serviced numerous times by this dealer, as I had a few complimentary oil changes. The first issue - with one of the oil changes, I immediately noticed upon leaving the dealer/Service department (for just an oil change) that my car was not accelerating and making an odd sound. I immediately called the Service department and they said to drive right back with my vehicle. After taking the vehicle in, they noticed the tech that performed the oil change did not attach the fuel pump correctly. Because of this, I was given two more complimentary oil changes. Once those ran out, I took my vehicle elsewhere to have the oil change done and the mechanic immediately noticed the splash cover underneath was gone. Everything was exposed. I called Brown Daub, as they were the ONLY ones that serviced my vehicle upon purchasing it from them, and the Manager, Peter, said to bring the car in so he could look at it. A few days later, due to my work schedule, I was able to bring my vehicle in and was told to ask for Peter. He came out, took my keys, and went and looked underneath. A few minutes later, he said that based on the amount of rust on the one side where the bolts would go for the full splash cover that my vehicle comes with, he thinks it was sold to me like this and not forgotten at one of the oil changes. He said he could order me a new, full splash cover, but it would cost around $120. I declined. He also indicated that it doesn't matter if it's missing or not, as the engine gets dirty as it is, and animals have a tendency of crawling into this and getting trapped. He shared with me an example of finding an opossum in a customer's splash cover, once removed, and having to let it free in the woods out back of the dealer. Not sure how much truth there is to this. I feel this is something that should have been checked and ensured it was included upon financing the vehicle. I also feel that Kia should have offered to put the splash cover on for me, at no cost. Going forward, I will not use Brown Daub Kia for servicing of my vehicle. More
