The service was great, the gentleman meets me as I drove in, he took my service order and assume me I was in great care, as he led me to the wait area. The waiting area was filled with coffee, water, chips in, he took my service order and assume me I was in great care, as he led me to the wait area. The oil change was fine. When I purchased my vehicle I purchased the service package that covered the oil changes as long as I owned the vehicle I thought however I was info When I purchased my vehicle I purchased the service package that covered the oil changes as long as I owned the vehicle I thought however I was informed that it either expired or I used all the oil changes allowed. I have only had two…really??? Also, the car was returned to me filthy!!! Not vacuumed nor washed. Pure laziness. Where is the customer service?? More

Took recently purchased vehicle in for inspection. Was in and out in an hour. Actual inspection took less than 15 minutes. Appointment was at 1:30 pm. Very courteous. Customer waiting room was full. N Was in and out in an hour. Actual inspection took less than 15 minutes. Appointment was at 1:30 pm. Very courteous. Customer waiting room was full. No where to sit for my husband and I. We sat on steps leading to second floor. Nice cleaning lady brought us in two chairs when she spotted us on steps. More
