Did not honor coupon. Other dealer have honored any paper or online coupon I have presented in coupons to both Ford n Dodge, they both have honored all coupons no matter what. I made an appointment for 10:40 and i had to wait until 11:30 to have a service Advisor come out. I was highly upset and frustrated due to the fact that i made an appointment to make things a little smooth 11:30 to have a service Advisor come out. That wasn’t done but Maria was very helpful and gave me a time frame of 3 hours and it was actually done like an hour and a half earlier and the process to pay was super fast. More
Quality of service was generally good. I did have to repeat myself several times about the service I needed: once when setting the appointment, again to the tech when I arrived, again to my customer ser repeat myself several times about the service I needed: once when setting the appointment, again to the tech when I arrived, again to my customer service rep in the garage, and then one more time with the service rep in the office. I think if I've made an appointment online and specified the service needed, that should be somewhere in your system so I don't have to keep repeating myself once I've arrived. It would so slick if I arrived, you know my vehicle (because I've told you) and you say "Hello, so it will be a maintenance B1 service today?" That's a minor quibble though. A little more serious is recommending fuel induction and or cabin air filter services as "critical" for $300 as they aren't in the normal maintenance schedule at my mileage (plus changing the air filter oneself costs like $10 and takes 3 minutes). Otherwise, I do trust the Honda techs to do the job right when they do it. I've been to other independent shops in the area and drove away only to realize that they didn't put things back together correctly, or another problem mysteriously crops up somehow. I also appreciate the new text message/online recommended service approval process. All-in-all, a nice and reliable service experience for my Honda CR-V, just make sure you double-check those recommendations. More

Highly disappointed in the check in time for a service appointment. Had a 10 o’clock appointment, arrived on time, 10:40 still waiting to be checked in. I did explain to an employee that my ride had been appointment. Had a 10 o’clock appointment, arrived on time, 10:40 still waiting to be checked in. I did explain to an employee that my ride had been waiting for me and needed to return to work. He did get me an envelope (took about 15 minutes to retrieve it) to drop my key in so I could leave. That was helpful, but again, I was still there for 40 minutes without speaking to a service advisor. Definitely need a better system. More
