Friendly, welcoming, and transparent. My husband and I have bought 3 new cars from this dealership and have had them all serviced there. We always receive a thorough assessment and fair pricing. The techs are never pushy, and are super friendly. They offer a complementary Uber while the vehicle is being serviced, or you can remain at the dealership where they provide comfy couches and chairs to sit on while watching the large screen TV and snacking on the free popcorn and baked goods, and sipping on coffee, tea, or bottles of water. They keep you up to date on what they're doing with the car, and when done, offer to wash it. We are very happy with the service we receive from Bulldog Kia. More

They are always friendly, and they will keep you in the loop with every step of your service. I recently brought my 2015 Kia Optima in to be looked at being the motor was making a noise and the check engine light was on. I can not express how thankful I am to have brought my car to Bulldog Kia. Havi being the motor was making a noise and the check engine light was on. I can not express how thankful I am to have brought my car to Bulldog Kia. Having car issues can be stressful in addition to all the questions and concerns I had. I was advised there was a recall on the motor but there would need to be a diagnostic test ran to know what issues my car was having. Turns out my motor was definitely knocking and Kia would replace the motor. I only had to pay for the valve waste gate ( plus labor for part) my car needed also. The service manager, Beau Wegmann who was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with kept me up to date on the process of my repairs. Excellent service!!! More

The entire dealership from the sales people, to the office staff to the service people are super friendly. As aggravating as it can be to have to visit a "car dealership", Bulldog Kia makes at a pleasu office staff to the service people are super friendly.
