My "Bessie" beetle is a 2000. The mileage is 1923466! (YES! She is ready to reach 200K in the very near future) She has only been touched by two other small-town service shops previously and aft 1923466! (YES! They treat you as a PERSON who's time is limited, money is tight, and respect is warranted. Ed treats customers as though he was shooting for an oscar. He is always polite, professional, fair, explains the why's/wherefore's and the gives the estimates at close-call costs. When Ed calls you back (for whatever reason) he never addresses you by your first name! He is extremely people-friendly and respectful, referring to you as Mrs. or Mr. so-&-so. When Bessie needed her first set of tires (seems like so very long ago!) he mentioned that "... the ones on (her) now were Michelin but they could offer less expensive ones..." and my reaction/response was: " What would you recommend for your wife if she drove 100 total miles to/fro work every day?" and his honest answer was "Michelin"... and Bessie continues to have those safe tires on her feet today. The service tech who performs the works always leaves their 'card" in the cup holder so you can see how very proud they are of their personal attention to detail. At times, Bessie arrived a little "less than clean" and a curtesy wash. How super is that? I have used the shuttle service a few times and the driver is very attentive, careful, and cordial. They understand your time is precious and they treat you w/ kindness and are always "on time". I have NEVER had to take Bessie back to the shop after a repair/maintenance to have something "fixed correctly". W/ Burlington V W, they do it right the 1st time AND all the time. More

I walked into the dealership and i was greeted by a sales man name Dominick. He was very helpful and friendly. He is not like a salesman where you walk in they try their best to make the deal. I told him the price i wanted to pay and he agreed without any hesitation and the dealership gave very good price for a trade in. The deal was based on trade in and he got us the best price for the trade. Everyone, I encountered at the dealership was very friendly and nice. Previously, I have dealt with Plymouth, Nissan, and Toyota dealers because I bought the cars from there but no one gave us customer service and were easy going on as this dealership. My reason for being at the dealership yesterday was to have my current vehicle serviced. I inquired about a sales rep named Pete who sold me my current vehicle and asked to speak to him about my current have my current vehicle serviced. Someone from service introduced me to Dominick Staino (Pete they informed me is no longer with Burlington VW) who took care of me from that point. My experience with Dominick was 100% pleasant. He was informative, and extremely professional but so personable. He made me feel comfortable and confident with the deal I made and was never ever pushy. I will definitely go back to Burlington VW and request Dominick as well as recommend him to friends.
