I have bad service experience from Butler Toyota service center.
I have asked them to fix my car fan motor for squeeing noise and they replaced blower motor with new motor and new filter and new noise coming from same air vents. I have paid full price with labor and parts. I need to go back to them again for same fix since technician don't care about what they fixed. When you call them They don't want to look at that without appointment and not sooner, you have to live with same problem till you get appointment.. They should hire technicians who can diagnose and fix Cars.
Our office (The Salvation Army) recently moved to the north end of Indianapolis and searched for a Toyota dealership to take our Toyota products for service. Our search led us to Butler Toyota and Mike Berry. We thought our steering wheel needed replaced due to cracking. Mike Berry Quoted us $800 US dollars for the repair. Being a not for profit we would rather see the money go back to our community where we can do the most good. Mike understood this. He gave us several options and told us he'd call back in a day or so. The following day Mike called to tell us the repair was done and the cost was $110.50! Mike made a few calls and found a company who could repair the crack properly and save us money on replacing the steering wheel. They did an amazing job and you cant tell the steering wheel had split open!
It's a great feeling to know there are companies like Butler Toyota and people like Mike Berry who are focused on building and maintain customer relationships than building a hefty bank account!

We took our fleet vehicle to Butler Toyota off of Keystone Avenue in Indianapolis for an estimate. Our organization recently moved to the area and we were searching for a dealer who can service our fleet of vehicles. The Toyota Camry we brought in had a steering wheel covering that was separating and driver's hands were getting caught. Mike Berry, the service manager looked up the price to replace the steering wheel and we found it was very pricey. We are a service non-profit and we watch our spending so this seemed to be a large amount of money. for us. Mike came up with two other options that would be less pricey. He had the steering wheel repaired by a gentleman who works on car interiors and we ended up spending a fraction of what the replacement would have been. Our organization will remember Mike's kindness and bring other fleet vehicles to Butler Toyota.
Yesterday, I had my car serviced at Butler as I do every 5000 miles. BECKY, at the CASHIER's station, was exceptionally good to me, finding discounts that would be to my benefit. I go to Butler for my service because good folks like Becky are good to me.
Scheduling maintenance on my Highlander is such a breeze. They are always able to accommodate my busy schedule. The wait time is never long and the staff is always friendly from "check-in" to "check-out."
Came in and got a diagnostic done to try and determine the problem, they were unable to find the problem and when I called back less than a week later, when the problem returned, they never returned my call. I left 2 messages and the receptionist even said she had seen the adviser I was looking for at his desk. Almost a week later and I still have not received a phone call returning a call from my two messages. Don’t waste your time here. Go to Ed Martin Toyota instead.
I needed to have warranty work done. I had waited for 12 weeks for the warranty work as they were backlogged. The scheduling person, Debbie Roche checked into the reason for the long delay and she noted that the work I needed done was not the backlogged item, but a different one. She called me back 4 times to get a time scheduled for me. I truly appreciated her follow up and perseverance.
Over the last decade +,, I have grown in my confidence and trust, in Butler Toyota of Indianapolis, for thorough and excellent service of my Toyota vehicle, and two prior Vehicles as well. I have no red flags about what they do, only praise and gratitude. I recommend them without reservation, solely based upon my consistent trust of the work needed and their consistent, competent handling of those requests.
We took our Sienna van in for warranty work on the automatic sliding doors. The service staff was great to deal with! Very polite and informative!! I got the van there in the morning and was quickly provided a rental to use during the day. They service was completed in the time frame they provided. I would highly recommend Butler Toyota Service!!!
I have leased a vehicle from this dealership and everything seemed great until as of recent. I am leasing a Scion IA I took the car in for service because a mysterious liquid is leaking from both of my sideview mirrors I thought maybe adhesive, or glue ? The people who serviced my car told me it was just soap and it would be 50 dollars to buff it out. So my question is everytime I wash my car I'll have to get soap buffed out?! Anyway I haven't washed my car since the service and the liquid is once again forming down the side of my car. I've called multiple times just get forwarded to voicemails that never lead to a returned phone call. I'm also looking for other options to buy this vehicle because I have gotten a new job and will be going way over my mileage by the time my lease is up . I was told two days ago by the secretary that my leasing specialist was no longer with the company so she wasn't sure who could help me . I was one again forwarded to another voicemail with no returned phone call . This experience is so miserable I hope I can find another dealership or just deal with Scion directly.
