I don't like a dealership where the salesman has to run back and forth several times to their manager. I told Andy what I wanted for my trade and what I would give for theirs. Asked For A Review Change Before Processing GAP Refund. I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 Pop that had been wrecked and returned to the manufacturer for a Manufacturer Buy Back. Price for the vehicle was awesome I purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 Pop that had been wrecked and returned to the manufacturer for a Manufacturer Buy Back. Price for the vehicle was awesome and the mileage was under 5500 miles. I could not pass it up even with the prior repair damage, this vehicle did not have a salvage or rebuilt title, although it should have. Sales experience was OK, salesman reminded me a bit of Eeyore, tired and grumpy, but he did offer me some water and rode with me on a test drive in a tiny car even though he is a man of large stature. Finance department was again OK, Jeff Parker (I think) added GAP Insurance to the price of the car, when my wife and I questioned it, his response was that he adds GAP Insurance to every car he sells to protect the customers in the event of a total loss due to the value of a used car that is financed depreciating in value. We have always purchased GAP Insurance through our insurance company and we didn't think to check on the cost until after the vehicle was totaled in a highway collision. I was required to send documents concerning the accident to the financing company who I knew was going to be issuing the GAP Insurance refund. Their Gap Insurance company (AHIS) required me to send them all of my original sales documents, the accident documents, and insurance documents concerning the total loss to them. Then I had to return to the dealership to verify mileage and provide a copy of the total loss statement from my insurance company which had to be sent to the GAP Insurance company (who already has this information and document), they also wanted copies of sales documents for the new Fiat 500 I purchased to replace the that was totaled. All of the documentation has to be provided to the Gap Insurance company from both myself, the finance company, my automobile insurance company, and the dealer within 90 days of the accident. I wife wrote a semi negative review of the dealership for automatically adding the GAP Insurance to the price of the car. When I set an appointment to meet with the financing department to start the refund process through them, I was passed along to the used car manager. When I spoke with him he asked me to do him a favor before we got the refund process started since it was a time sensitive action, to go to the Yelp review site and change or remove the negative review. Byers did not respond to the negative review, but after to being asked to do the favor for Corey London (Used Car Sales Manager) before I came in to see Phil Beltman. I changed the review after being asked to give them a better rating because they needed to process my GAP Refund Claim. By the way, AHIS refused to cover the remaining loan balance stating that I needed to be responsible for some part of the auto loan and that I would be making a profit if they paid off the remaining balance of the loan. They also did not say anything about being entitled to a GAP Insurance refund until after I had to speak to them a third time about their denial letter. AHIS denial letters are not clear, they determine paying a claim by estimates and numbers provided to them by the auto insurance company handling the accident claim. AHIS was never going to pay out on my claim and told me I was not due a refund after I asked them about a refund the first time. As I indicated before, Byers Jeep did not respond the negative review that was posted about our sales experience, they did however, respond to the fictitious positive review I posted as a favor to Mr. London within minutes of posting it. I ended up removing the Yelp review indicating to Yelp that I was asked to modify the review by Byers Jeep management. General manager of Byers Chrysler Jeep DODGE Ram, David Johnson was sent an email detailing the "Favor" to change or remove the Yelp review and the reminder that processing the refund was time sensitive issue, sent me an email stating that the request to change the Yelp review was his fault and that there was simply a miscommunication. He asked that he be able to call and speak to me about this matter. After responding that he could call and discuss the matter with me, I never heard back from him. More
Great Experience with Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram I have never owned a Jeep and I was concerned after reading the negatives that were posted about this dealership. However, I did my research online a I have never owned a Jeep and I was concerned after reading the negatives that were posted about this dealership. However, I did my research online and I was contacted by Internet Sales staff Kevin Pugh. I was invited to come in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler...he explained the differences in the various models, covered the features and answered all my questions that I had pertaining to the service department. I walked away and went to another dealership. However, that first impression that I received from Kevin Pugh is why I came back to Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I purchase a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahari. I added additional features to it. From the time of purchase to the time that I got the extras installed Kevin Pugh and the service department have been amazing. I can say that I'm very happy that I chose this dealership. I think that you will feel the same way. It seems very family oriented and I noticed that employees seem to work well together. This is what a great buyer's experience should be. More

I have purchased and leased about 10 vehicles over the years and this was hands down the best experience I have had. I was in and out and deal made, paperwork signed in 1 hour and 45 minutes. No games were played and everyone treated me with respect. Not to mention I got a great price since it was the end of year. I never write reviews for anything but felt compelled since it was such a good experience. More

We took the van in to have our U-Connect looked at 2 weeks after purchase and it was determined that we needed a new radio. That was almost 9 weeks ago. We have called them at least 4 times wondering why it's taking so long. We finally contacted Chrysler today and they called the dealership to find out what was going on. Turns out they never ordered the radio at all and obviously just lied to us when we called about it, but not to worry because they ordered it today!!! I can honestly say that this will be the last time we visit their service department. More
