Crappy service I was happy I was able to get my wife’s recalls fixed on her 2017 Durango. Then the fun begins. I received a call at 1530 that the car was done. It took a while getting there to pick her car up I walked through the service department and was never greeted, and walked over to the counter to pick up the keys. Waited a few minutes ok. Once I received the keys and told have a good day I walked outside looking for her car. Nowhere to be found. I finally found it parked in a fenced in lot blocked by multiple vehicles. I had to go back to the service department and waited for over five minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence and to finally be able to move the other vehicles. Also I had to back my wife’s car out myself. I have pictures. I had an appointment on Monday but due to the service department I will never bring my car or truck to this dealership again. More

Service dept. is the worst! Had a 1:30PM appointment for oil change tire rotation, & to install step hoops, Was told on phone it would Take 1.-1/2 hrs. finally after 4 hrs. Barrery replacement I received a recall notice on my Chrysler 300 in the mail. Sure enough my car completely died two or three days later. I had purchased the car at you I received a recall notice on my Chrysler 300 in the mail. Sure enough my car completely died two or three days later. I had purchased the car at your dealership so I had it towed there. I talked to Jose in service and he informed me that they had checked the car and it was caused by the alternator not recharging the battery and that they would replace it under the recall at no charge to me. I then received another call from Jose telling me my battery was no good and that I would have to pay to have it replaced. I feel that the battery was killed by the alternator not charging it and causing it to completely run down. I paid the $245.57 bill and picked up the car but told Jose we were not happy and felt the battery should have been covered along with the alternator. We have had our car serviced by your dealership on many times and have been very happy, but this one leaves a bad taste. Jose was great and even got us a loner car to use but it still bothers me about having to pay for the battery. Thank you for your concern Gerald and Theresa Scott More

My husband asked to speak to the manager. He said sometimes it's like a pencil you forget to put the eraser on. Why can't you admit you did wrong. No apology, nothing. I will never buy a jeep or have any service done here. Our big mistake was buying from you. More
