We understand how being without your vehicle for that extended period is difficult and apologize for not being able to service your vehicle in a timely manner. Please understand, the recent strike unfortunately put further delays on availability of many parts. Combined with an increase in our service business it is creating unacceptable delays for our valued customers as you experienced. We do care about our customers and do our best to be upfront and transparent about wait times. While an appointment secures your place in line if we can get it in sooner we certainly will but it has to be on site for us to do that to immediately move it into our shop. Unfortunately many dealership have been impacted by this across the Valley and we are all working diligently to get business back to normal for our customers. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us regarding your last service visit in May 2022 on your Mustang. During that visit which was a year after the installation of your new AC compressor you stated that it was blowing hot air. At that time we recharged your AC system and added freon which addressed the concern. While we understand you took your vehicle to an independent shop as well who diagnosed a bad actuator, please note that is a separate issue and is not related to your AC compressor repair. I would be happy to speak to anyone about the poor service I have received at Camelback Ford. This is an honest genuine review. It actually doesn’t tell of all the things involved. There was more. I don’t have a grudge. I have gone elsewhere. I just want to prevent others from going through what I went through.

I have spoken to Sheila’s Keilman on multiple occasions. She was not helpful. She along with the service manager had absolutely no follow through communication. We felt we were treated incredibly disrespectful & they could do whatever since we were 1700 miles away.
