Call center miscommunication caused me to drive 50 miles round trip during morning rush hour for a service appointment that did not happen. I received an apology. I brought my 2017 Subaru BRZ to Camelback Subaru for a service appointment on December 22, 2002 to change the oil and rotate the tires. My Subaru Crosstrek is perfect for me. All wheel drive handles the curves, and the safety features are really really great. The service department was so nice to deal with and I had a ride to shops s d back for just a few dollars. It was well worth driving 90 miles for service from Cottonwood. I haven't bought a new vehicle at Camelback in several years but I've had several vehicles serviced there since 2001, including the three I currently own. I am of the mind set that the service is the mos years but I've had several vehicles serviced there since 2001, including the three I currently own. I am of the mind set that the service is the most important part of a dealership, you spend a couple of hours with sales people (usually very nice folks) but you work with the service people for years. I can only say that I am just about done with there service department. They used to have the same personnel working there for years, now you won't see the same people (except one) 6 months from now. I think before you buy anything you should be sure the service department is what you expect. More
I've taken my car to this dealership for service since I bought it back on 2016. It is out of my way, but I don't mind the 20+ minute drive. This time, I don't think I can go back to them for service. I made an appointment for 01/13 at 2:30PM. I had a few things that needed to be repaired, so they told me to bring it back the next day, since they would need it all day. It was understandable, and I agreed. The service adviser made the new appointment for me. I went again on 1/14 morning, and I was told that there was no appointmnet, so I had to go again the next day on 1/15. I dropped off my car at 10AM. I didn't hear back from them until I called them in the afternoon. I got a call before closing stating that they did do an inspection, but they didn't do ANY work. No headlap, brake pads, fog light, nothing. I had to take the vehicle back from them, since I needed it back to pick up my parents from the hospital and drive them for close to 3 hours back to their home. I was going to take it back on Friday or Saturday, but I called and texted the service adviser without a response. They do not have consideration for your time. I did get a lyft back home and back to get my car from them, but after all the times I went out of my way to go to them, it was frustrating and dissapointing. More
Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this dealership.. We will never go back for services. Liars and thieves They had my car for over 2 months guessing as to what was wrong. Sent me home with it after one month and it had the same issue. Limped it back in and they took another month to screw around with it. Charged 1200.00 for a transmission wire harness. Said it was fixed. Drove it off the lot and it stalled out in front of the dealership. Almost died as this was cutting across traffic on a left turn. A cop was there and stopped traffic and helped me push it back in. The service department's mouths were wide open apologetic and said oh we will fix this, we are so sorry. I say make sure I'm refunded as you didn't fix anything. Two days later, oh hey sorry. You need a new transmission for 6000. Oh and by the way we won't be refunding the worthless work we already did or crediting it towards the new transmission. As an aside I spent 2,500 on transmission repairs here 6 months ago. This all should have been covered under the prior work warranty. They never refunded it because they are crooks. I had it towed elsewhere and fixed for 300. Never go here. More
