- BAJ2673i have taken my 2019 ram 1500 to campbell 4 times they say cant make it duplicate the problem every time so i took it to steve landers in little rock wasnt there 30 minitues and theycame out and told i needed wheel bearings but campbell alined my truck about 4 weeks before this and didnt say anything about them being bad and i went to get them to realine my truck but was told i would have to pay to have it done even thow they alined it with bad wheel bearings witch i think is xxxxxxxx

He helped ensure that the agreed upon fixes were satisfactory. He helped us three months after the sale with a repair that was botched by another Chrysler dealer. Helpful sales and friendly competent service. Great combination.

- jetwyrmEvery time there’s a problem their first response is they can’t duplicate it. This went on with our first van we had 13yrs, and now with our second ban we’ve had 2yrs. The other problem is they do no quality control after work has been done.. So 1-2 months later we find a problem that should have been found before they released our van back to us. Absolutely ridiculous!
