I waited an hour and a half for service and was told it would be another hour and a half. The service I experienced was terrible. Was told 2times by someone that a service writer would be right out. No one would be another hour and a half. The service I experienced was terrible. Was told 2times by someone that a service writer would be right out. No one ever came. I will never go back nor recommend your dealership. The person who finally came out after an hour and a half really acted like he didn’t care. I own 3 jeeps so I am brand loyal but certainly not Cape Coral Jeep loyal. Hope this helps you treat another customer with respect. More
