During that time, I wasn’t given a loaner and was told I had to pay $50/day for rentals. • When the warranty was finally approved, I was told parts were “on back order” with no ETA… yet they showed up the very next day. • After all that waiting, the warranty only covered a 4-day rental, and the car was repaired the day after approval • My battery was drained from sitting and they even tried to sell me a new one. • To top it off, they ran my car through an automatic wash without permission, scratching and damaging the paint. What makes this worse is that I bought this vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned from this same dealership. I expected professional care, but instead I was left with frame damage, extra costs, and weeks without my car. If you care about your car, avoid this dealership. More

I recently had my Jeep looked at on 8/15/25 and they confirmed a new sensor was needed and was under warranty. The part would be ordered and should be in within 5-10 days. It has now been exactly one month and not a single person (including service manager and assistant service manager) will return my calls or texts for this part. This has been a terrible experience.
