the dealer ship s good, the problem i have is this is the third recall on this vehicle and i have had to take time off from work to bring car and sit with it missing a day and half of time. have to wait for third recall on this vehicle and i have had to take time off from work to bring car and sit with it missing a day and half of time. have to wait for parts to come in to finishg this recall. The Service technician was prompt and friendly. It was less then an hour wait time for oil change and tire rotation. I wish that it wasn't month to make an appointment but Service was good. Best experience I've had at this dealership. The scheduler for the service department was thoughtful and worked with me to set a convenient time and day for my appointment. The Service person who met me outside and handled my needs was professional and very courteous. Even when the service people couldn't get to my car that afternoon and I had to leave bring it back the next morning, he assured me a free rental would be waiting for me due to the inconvenience and it was. Everyone i dealt with was great. More
