Check in has no direction for new customers as to what to do and clipboard service person had no record of my appointment when I got there after showing him my confirmation email. Manager came over and asked what I needed which I proceeded to tell him to which he said I’d need to come in for him to gather my information. Once inside he found my appointment name but still had to redo all of my comments and issues I was experiencing. Got the car back later in the day and still did not have a tire valve cover placed back on my tire after telling them twice. Making the appointment online seemed to be a good option except the service folks claim “it doesn’t always come through” which is pointless. More
