We had made an appointment for a Saturday. Staff told us it might be done (recalls) if parts were available. Monday morning- not ready!!! This a work van. We live 1.5 hours away. Had an issue with my Rams backup camera. They replaced the camera no questions asked. Also had brakes inspected due to a squeal, and was told everything looks ok. I had set up an appointment for 11 am and had signed in online. brought the car in at 8:30 am. information was put into an iPad type computer. called at 2ish. was on hold for 5 min. no one was assigned t online. brought the car in at 8:30 am. information was put into an iPad type computer. called at 2ish. was on hold for 5 min. no one was assigned to it. called an hour later. Told that Juan Flores was assigned to it. Job not complete at 6:30. Juan asked me who was assigned to it. I said he was. Was charged over $60 for an oil change. Not charged for tire rotation. The tires were still low on air. Emissions test was not completed. Engine light is still on. Traction control light is still on. Not happy. Will not be back. More
