After receiving a few offers that were exactly what I wanted I decided to call Capistrano Mazda and see what they could offer. I was in touch with AJ and he took down what I would like and how much my other offers were. Within an hour I had a call back with an offer less than the lowest one I had received. Over the next hour I got a personalized video from AJ showing features of the car. His personality made the relationship with Capistrano Mazda even stronger. I headed to the dealership after work not expecting that what he told me on the phone to be exactly what I got! I figured the must be something hidden but from the quote on the phone to when I signed paperwork everything was transparent. I am so impressed with the honesty and transparency of this dealership. AJ had the car cleaned and gassed up extremely quickly and showed me how to use many of the new features. Moe, the manager, explained all parts of the contract and is extremely sincere. When it got to financing with Paul I anticipated a good hour of signing. I met with him for 10 minutes and the car was mine! This entire experience was wonderful and would recommend this dealership to all. After exploring other makes and models I decided on a CX-5 and contacted multiple dealers in the area, After giving a competitive offer, I made my choice to work with Capo Mazda. Moe, Katrina and Marcin were the most friendly and helpful employees I've ever encountered at a dealership and made the whole experience incredibly enjoyable. Even if they didn't offer a year of free maintenance I would still return here for any future needs. Couldn't recommend them higher! More
