My experience througout the sales process and subsequent service visits have continued to be excellent. Other dealerships have been happy to sell me a car and couldn't have appeared to care less when it was time to service the vehicle. Not so at Capital Cities. i went in for a few routine electrical issues and a key reprogram. i like the sales (steve miller) and service rep (brad), but the techs and manager appear unprofessional both times i visited the site. the reprogram. i like the sales (steve miller) and service rep (brad), but the techs and manager appear unprofessional both times i visited the site. the key reprogram ended up leavign black finger prints on my beigh interior. i have heard the manager bellow quite a few times while in the waitign area. they do have a good selection of bmws for the albany area though. I decided to get my car serviced at Capital Cities due to increasing frustration with another local dealer. I dealt with Brad in the service department, who was very accomodating. I'm a pain-in-the-butt customer, as I tend to come in with a list of items to be looked at along with my shot at diagnosing the problems. He didn't seem to mind my list, and he had the tech check out all of my concerns. I was given a 3-series loaner, despite the fact that I didn't buy my car there and was only in for some $50 deductible CPO work. I will certainly be returning to Capital Cities for future service work. More
