She takes the time to know you personally and genuinely cares about whatever is going on with you. Her smile, laugh and jokes make the wait go by quickly. Grand Service I have to begin by saying the service was phenomenal. I needed an oil change, and I didn't make and appointment. I was there less than 30 minutes.
