Service on my Yaris iA, Sunday, June 3, 2018, 9:00 am My service went well. But when I got home, I realized that the yellow carbon copy did not have the correct VIN number and other vehicle information w My service went well. But when I got home, I realized that the yellow carbon copy did not have the correct VIN number and other vehicle information was also wrong so I don't know if they really did the right work/service on the right car. Maybe they performed surgery on the wrong patient. I left a message for Justin telling him this and asking him to call me. He never did. When I checked in, he gave me my invoice and told me to go to the office where you get shuttle service, that they will help me out. I walked in and neither of the two girls in the front area helped me. They didn't even greet me or asked me to go ahead and sign in for shuttle service. I showed them the invoice and told me that I keep that. That's all they said. They didn't even tell me to just sign in for shuttle service and that I could help myself for coffee, if I wanted to. The whole time that I was waiting there, which was about 15 - 20 minutes, they did not provide good customer service to other clients either. They didn't tell me approximately how long I would have to wait or have to have a seat. And it wasn't that it was really busy. This was my second time. I was there back in January, same bad service. Horrible customer service. Need to train them better. Of course, when I left, they didn't say 'good bye' or 'have a nice day'. Not sure if I would recommend this service center. Sill waiting for Justin to call me back and I doubt that he will. I have had better customer service elsewhere. As for the front office in the shuttle service office: A 'good morning' or 'good bye' with a smile goes a long way. More
It was okay, because our finance guy made up for sales. Mark never returned our calls after we bought the car, but before we bought the car he was responsive. Regular Maintenance for my Sienna 2014, xle. I was helped by Leo Incaprera. He did a good job of taking care of my Sienna. He is on top of everything especially recommending what needs to be done I was helped by Leo Incaprera. He did a good job of taking care of my Sienna. I don't really know if the cost of the repair was reasonable because my sienna was still under warranty. But, the overall review, I am giving him a very good result. More

The staff, Justin was handling details of my car professionally. He was not xxxxx, suggesting us in the nice manner. Done half of the service as we plan to sell the car and get a new one.
