I requested a trade-in quote from Autotrader.com and was printing it out when Larry Smith contacted me and set up a meeting for the next morning. When my wife & I arrived he introduced us to Ty Coleman and said she would be our sales person. What a sweetheart she is. We just loved the way she made us feel welcome and answered all our questions fully. By the time we left it felt like we were old friends. We purchased a 2013 Soul from her and are extremely happy and confident we got a good deal on our trade in as well as the purchase price for the Soul. Terry Stallcop who is the General Manager came down to thank us for doing business with Renton Kia. We have purchased many new cars in the past 34 years, but I must say this was one of the better buying experiences. If you are considering buying a new car do yourself a favor and give Renton Honda-Kia a chance to show you what buying a car is supposed to feel like. No pressure, honest, and friendly like the dealers used to be years ago. We will definitely be repeat customers when the time comes to buy another vehicle. More

From the moment we came to this Kia dealership Sam made us feel extremely comfortable. There was never the typcial pressure that you feel at most dealerships. I had a great experience at Renton Kia. He answered all my questions that I had over the phone. They appointed me the very next day to come up and take a look at the vehicle. Once at the dealership I met Samwise who was very friendly and helpful. He took us for a test drive in the Sorento and was very personal and made us feel at ease. I ended up leasing my Kia Sorento and am very pleased with the price that was negotiated. We had a wonderful experience at Renton Kia and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new car! More

And once you get there, find Ty Coleman! I came to Renton Kia via a TV commercial which led to an internet contact which led to a phone call. They said come on down & that's exactly what I did! I had credit issues, a trade-in, and a shortage of more down payment! Every step of the way I was treated with respect and true caring. Now, I know that sometimes things just can't be worked out, but if there's a way Ty and the wonderful finance department will find it. I was amazed at the dedication & integrity they put forth to make something work for my situation! Well, I left there that day with the cutest little Red Ford Focus! I love it! I so enjoyed my experience with Ty that I sent my friend there too! That worked out marvelously and she walked away with a beautiful black Kia Soul! I could not possibly give a stronger recommendation than this! You will be treated well and I think there is a very good chance that this will be your best car-purchasing experience ever! More

I was also introduced to the parts department-(can't remember his name but very nice guy as well) All the employees worked together as a unit to help really enjoy my car experience. Ty was exceptional. She was very professional and so welcoming. I give her a rating of 20. Shes tremendous. Renton Kia is a welcoming place and I will buy another car at this dealership. More

He walked the lot with me for about an hour letting me check out any car I wanted. His customer service was great and he got me into the car that I wanted without any hassles or run-arounds. Will refer anyone who wants a new car to this dealership! More
