DON’T BUY FROM CARPROS! I paid a premium for the car, then after I made an agreement, I received responses from other Kia dealerships that offered to sell me the exact vehicle for over $2,000 less that what I paid, but I honored the verbal agreement. I spoke with an attorney who highly recommended that I pursue Kia/CarPros Moreno Valley in Small Claims Court to recover my $3,500.00 loss, and that I file a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. I’ve done both, the court date is in March of 2023. On 12/9/22 the CVRP reserved a $3,500.00 rebate for me, but then because no one provided me with the Purchase Agreement (I was calling and emailing the dealership every day), on 12-23-22 I was denied, and cannot reapply. The $3,500 is an actual Rebate thru the CVRP, while the possible $7,000 Federal Tax credit is a separate issue that will be addressed when I file my taxes in February 2023. Based on the lost Rebate, and the premium I paid them, it cost me over $5,500.00 for the vehicle. More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I purchased 2 cars from Car Pros of Kia Moreno Valley. About a month ago I purchased a new 2022 Kia Rio from them. They beat the price of all the local Kia dealers and the entire purchase process went extremely smoothly, quick, and painless. Kia Pros is 2 1/2 hours from my house. Before I made the drive up to their dealership, I arranged the car I wanted to buy and the amount I was willing to spend over the phone. They told me no problem, come up and we'll finish the deal. After driving 2 hours and 15 minutes North, they called me and said the car I was going to buy had a big scratch in it and they didn't have another I could buy. I thought fine, I'm only 15 minutes away at this point so I'll go ahead and show up and look at what cars they did have available. When I arrived, I decided to go with a Kia Sorrento. Their asking price was $6k over MSRP. I told them I wouldn't go over $4k MSRP. I specially told the Sales Manager Gustavo that I was willing to buy the car for $4k over MSRP but not a penny more. So we finished the paperwork and when I got home, I reviewed the window sticker on the car and the sales documents and realized that they had sold it to me for $5k over MSRP! I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY when I inquired about this discrepancy to Gustavo via email. They agreed there was a mix-up between sales and finance and told me they would refund me the $1,000. If you're looking to buy a car, go with Car Pros Kia. They are not only responsive and reasonable, but most importantly they are honest and make sure you're taken care of. Which is very rare in the car industry! More
