DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER! !! The managers here tampered with my income to sing me up for a terrible lease agreement . That is unethical and illegal . I later learned that they !! They gave me a lease vehicle with all types of expensive service and maintenance contracts . I tried to speak with the general manager and he is by far the most unprofessional and RUDE person I have ever met . I mean , the people that work here are awful. More

The first few reviews of this stealership are spot on. I was looking to buy a id.4 and trade in a 2020 Jeep Wrangler Ecodiesel with 16000 miles. KBB had the trade in value 36000 to almost 40000. I laughed and got up and walked out. I wasn't 3 miles away and they were texting me. The highest they ever got was 33000 and I told them I wanted 37000 I wasn't trying to get the 40000 as I know it's dealing not stealing. I went straight to Moreno Valley VW and got a great deal on a brand new 2023 and guess what they gave me 37000 for my Jeep as they knew the value of the vehicle. Should have knew something was up when I went into the SBVW and there wasn't anyone in there buying a vehicle on a Friday afternoon. I will never enter that dealership again even if the offered me a free vehicle. More

I waited six weeks for the part to arrive, only to find out half way through installation that it was the wrong one. 4 months later, I'm still waiting for them to finish the job.
