"Unhappy "

Purchased a used vehicle in June 2017. It has already been back 2x's for repairs check engine light on so in January service dept had my car for a week to fix problem. Got car back drove it for less then 2 weeks check engine light back on again. Back to the dealership it goes for second time for over a week again. Got car back on February 8th and on February 14th check engine light back on for the third time. I have never purchased a vehicle that within 7 months that has caused so much stress

I took my car in to Carvision for routine service, While they were checking my car they found a belt that was frayed. They quoted me a price and a total for the whole bill. I picked up my car after service hours. My car was ready at the time they said it would be and the price they quoted as well.

Needs to respect customer 's needs and follow up on promises made in writing by the dealer and also the service tech to have car repaired. Completely ignored several phone calls after promising to have someone come out resolve the problem.

"Not Happy!! Still waiting."

Honest!!! But true!! Don't buy your car here unless you have lots of extra time on your hands. I have owned my luxury car less than a year, not only has it has a new radiator, new engine, new thermostat, new coolant line, and now it is overheating!! I have left reviews before and then retracted them after they attempted to correct the problem. But bottom line is you have to go back and forth with the front desk, management to get anything done. And then you worry whether the problem is truly corrected. The front desk has turned over so many times, and the lady I deal with unfortunately has no customer service and has communication barriers. I simply want the same problem that has went on from day one to be fixed. Its pretty simple. Being the fact that I live an hour away I have to take it in drop it off and "hope" they have a loaner. And really dont ask about the loaners... I mean if I am telling you now what my luxury car has endured imagine the loaner!!!!!! At this point my car is still overheating, I am waiting on a call from management and waiting on a loaner due to my job and living so far away just to get my car fixed!!! Im guessing due to the prior lack of communication and their willingness not to address this situation they will be putting a new motor in it again, replacing all the items due to the fact they will not communication properly with me.

So far, I have only had to get a couple of minor things taken care of while my vehicle was under the 30 day warranty, but I found the service department to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They also fixed the issues in a very timely matter. I have never had a problem when dealing with CarVision, and have always walked away satisfied. As long as I am buying used cars, I will buy from CarVision.! Jimmy, the Service Writer, was very helpful and friendly. An overall awesome experience!!
