Honest!!! But true!! Don't buy your car here unless you have lots of extra time on your hands. I have owned my luxury car less than a year, not only has it has a new radiator, new engine, new thermostat, new coolant line, and now it is overheating!! I have left reviews before and then retracted them after they attempted to correct the problem. But bottom line is you have to go back and forth with the front desk, management to get anything done. And then you worry whether the problem is truly corrected.
The front desk has turned over so many times, and the lady I deal with unfortunately has no customer service and has communication barriers. I simply want the same problem that has went on from day one to be fixed. Its pretty simple.
Being the fact that I live an hour away I have to take it in drop it off and "hope" they have a loaner. And really dont ask about the loaners... I mean if I am telling you now what my luxury car has endured imagine the loaner!!!!!!
At this point my car is still overheating, I am waiting on a call from management and waiting on a loaner due to my job and living so far away just to get my car fixed!!! Im guessing due to the prior lack of communication and their willingness not to address this situation they will be putting a new motor in it again, replacing all the items due to the fact they will not communication properly with me.
