This purchse was for a 2013 Ford Escape. We purchase a new vehicle every 4 years for me and my wife staggered by 2 years. This was our third Escape. Usually through my own research, I know more about the vehicle than the sales staff, however, even though the vehicle was brand new, with major design changes, Guy Jr. knew the vehicle as much as I did. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Todd handeled the transaction of ordering the vehicle, and was always knowledable about the status of our order. We had sold our 2008 Escape, and had to rent a car while we waited for our new one. Todd was always friendly when I called to bug him about the status. I visited Carman with my mom, as she recommended that we shop their for my car. As soon as we opened the door the employees greeted us and made sure we were helped. Adam was our salesman. He was by far the nicest salesman I've ever worked with. He explained all the features of the car I was looking at and was completely honest about everything I asked. The whole time we were there, employees offered us drinks and snacks and even offered to go to Dunkin Donuts for us. Once we decided to buy the car, the car was immediately taken to get detailed and to have a full tank of gas. While my mom was signing papers, Adam took me to my car and went over everything that I would need to know about my new car and even set up my Bluetooth from my phone to the car. Overall my experience was amazing and for now on I am recommending this dealership to anyone that is thinking about purchasing a new or used car. More
