My wife and I went to this dealership with the intent to look at (emphasis added) a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. When we first arrived at the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Joseph. He did not come look at (emphasis added) a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country. When we first arrived at the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Joseph. He did not come off as the typical used card salesman at all. He immediately struck me as a warm-hearted, honest and hard-working person who was genuinely interested in addressing our needs. He wasn't pushy and didn't seem interested in trying to hurry up and sell us a vehicle. He took a lot of time to get to know my wife and I. He wanted to know about our family to make sure he knew exactly what we needed in a vehicle. He listened to us...really listened to us. He was diligent about making sure we bought a vehicle we could truly afford. We told him what we were looking to spend and he fought to get us the deal that would work for us. I have kept in touch with Joseph since purchasing our van (on the same day we went to just look). I didn't expect to come away from this experience with a new vehicle and a new friend. When I take my vehicle in for service, I enjoy sitting and chatting with him about life. He is a good Christian man and sets the example of how to work hard and live honestly.
