He listens to my concerns and then takes the time to keep me updated with the necessary maintenance that my vehicle needs, like a good neighbor - like family. He sets the bar high in customer service skills and makes you feel that you are more than just a customer. He always checks if any repairs or service are still within the factory warranty to make sure that I pay for the actual repairs that I need to be charged for (now that is pretty rare nowadays).
